PBR Panels are commonly used on wall and roof applications. They are structural panels with exposed fasteners used in a wide variety of architectural, commercial, and industrial applications. Like PBU Panels, PBR Panels are commonly used in storage facilities, agricultural facilities, and even dealerships. When these metal panels are used on roofs it creates a standard appearance that is great for commercial and industrial pursuits. The minimum roof slope is 1/2 : 12. The Rib spacing and Height create a good valley for large amounts of water to flow out and off of the building. The 12″ spacing allows for ample space for a reinforced roof system or to serve as a the base for another roof system to be laid on top. PBR Panels are very common in Pre-Fabricated Metal Buildings as they are often used as the exterior (Endwall frame and Roof). Simple screws can be drilled though the PBR panel linking it to a purlin or surface like Plywood. Some architects have also used these panels in the interior of buildings as an aesthetic or decoration.
